I can't recommend Bed and Biscuits enough. It provided us an amazing service for our cat relocation. Total transparence on prices, peace of mind, very good organisation, great communication (a big thank you to Armie who gave us news regularly of our furry friend). Bed & Biscuits took good care of her and even asked for news after her arrival. We feel that They really love animals and understand the place our pets have in our hearts. It’s a lovely place where my dog stayed for 3 weeks. Was happy playing with other dogs, then he was safely relocated to the UK with all the care he got until he was home. I would recommend Bed and Biscuits wholeheartedly if you need a trustworthy team to take care of your pet's relocation. Army not only is extremely efficient, but keeps you informed every step of the way. We were very thankful she was handling everything when, due to an aircraft hold problem, the airline had to offload our cat from the flight we were all on. We landed back in the UK to texts from Army, letting us know she had taken control of the situation, made sure our cat was well cared for and had rebooked him on the following day's flight. She was constantly interested in his welfare - from start to finish - even asking how he was settling in, days after he'd arrived back in the UK. Outstanding care, knowledge of procedures and communication, her heart is in her job. Thank you so much Army and Bed & Biscuits.

Armie at B&B has amazed me with her calm, friendly and professional way of dealing with all the many difficulties with relocating our 2 dogs back to Scotland from Bahrain. She persisted and found new options even when 2 different airlines cancelled flights at very short notice. She was kind and thoughtful, always keeping us up to date with how things were going. Our dogs arrived safely all thanks to Armie who always put their safety and wellbeing first. I couldn't recommend this service from Bed & Biscuits highly enough.

Our did stayed for 13 nights and they shared photos and videos of him so we knew he was done. Our dog was in a good shape when we collected him. They also sell many quality products that you cannot find anywhere else in Bahrain.

We used Bed & Biscuits to re-locate our dog and two cats ( one of whom has special needs) from Bahrain to Panama. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. Armie’s communication was excellent and really helped reassure us that everything would work out fine. After the guys had left Bahrain we were kept aware of their progress every step of the way. Thank you Armie for alleviating some of the stress involved in planning and executing an international move. It felt like you really cared about our fur babies.

I want to thank all the staff at Bed n Biscuits specially Antonio who helped us reunited with our little furry friend Chocky. We were dreading the process of relocating our pet to Hongkong as it’s one of most difficult countries to relocate pets due to their strict immigration policies, but Antonio went out of his way to make this process not only possible but easy and stress free for us and our cat and now our little chocky is here with us. I would definitely recommend this as the best vet I’ve ever know.

My two dog-ters were Bed 'n' Biscuits frequent flyers. Our relationship began when I brought my US dog and Bahraini stray to Antonio for doggy bootcamp. I was shocked at the progress they had made during their first two weeks. Having the opportunity to be an active participant in the second half of their training made me a better pack leader. My stray did so well, we were able to test out her agility by navigating obstacles - something I never expected! Because the dogs had such a positive during their training sessions, they were overjoyed to return all the times I was globe trotting. I consistently received pictures of them playing with their fur friends and enjoying the grassy spaces. When it came time to leave Bahrain, I used BnB to export the girls back to the US. Due to circumstances out of our control, we had challenges leading up to their departure. Antonio and Armie were in constant contact with me through email, text and phone calls, finding solutions before presenting the issue to me. Antonio tracked the dogs flight and checked in before I was able to secure them from JFK. Days later, BnB reached out to see how they were doing and asked for pictures. The staff at Bed 'N' Biscuits are remarkable. It is evident they love their four-legged furry friends. We will absolutely miss them and cannot recommend their services enough!

We are so delighted to have our fur baby with us in Bahrain. And couldn't be happier with Bed "n" Biscuits service and assistance in getting our cat safely to us. Armie was amazing in handling the import leg of our cat's travels. We are so grateful for the door to door service as he arrived in the early hours of the morning.

We recently used Bed & Biscuits to relocate our dog from Bahrain to Dubai. Armie helped us through the process and was absolutely fantastic. When our moving plans were constantly changing she kept updating us and changing the plans to suit us all. Due to covid restrictions, we moved back to the US leaving our cat in the care of Bed N Biscuits kennel. So, Noor has just spent almost 5 months at Bed N Biscuits before she was able to fly to us in the USA, arriving a few days ago. Bed N Biscuits is top notch in their kenneling facility, clean and friendly, is what my friend reported back to me after her multiple visits to Noor At the kennel. We are extremely grateful to the the Bed & Biscuits team for bringing our two beloved Italian Greyhounds from South Africa to Bahrain. I would like to thank Mr. Antonio and the entire B&B team for taking care of our pets 3 cats & 1 Dog Boxer who had been put up at their hotel for dogs n cats and subsequently had to be relocated from Bahrain to Muscat, Oman.
During the stay we were quite happy to see our pets enjoying every day at the hotel as they always allowed our dog to socialize with other pets as also our cats were playing in the open area inside the Catery.
Relocation of Boxer is quite difficult as few airlines n countries too don’t accept them however the whole process was smoothened out by Mr. Antonio which helped us to see all our pets being sent with attention paid to each details and a great re-union at the end of their journey.
We are most thankful to B&B team for helping us start a new journey in Muscat Oman ? ?

After rescuing Basil from a stray puppy, we put him into boot camp training with Tony and was so happy with the results! Tony also helped us to continue at home and now Basil has gone from stray dog to family pet who's great on the leash, loves his create and is great around our children. We also recently had to relocate back home to UK and Bed & Biscuits were an amazing help here too. It was such an easy worry free process for us and we could not have done it without their help. Your pet is a part of your family. When you travel you want to make sure they’re in the very best hands. Knowing that they’re going to be loved, talk to you, played with, and looked out for is important. Our little chappy is just like one of Our own children. Every time we walk into bed and biscuits they’re right there to greet him. They talk to him as if he’s been there the whole time and he’s an old family member coming back for a visit. They get down on his level, talk to him, pet him and just plain love on him. It is so reassuring to be away and get photos and videos. I know that they’re taking care of him just like I would. I wouldn’t want him to be anywhere else when I’m away then Bed And Biscuit
